If you haven’t heard that Glossier finally landed in the UK last month (!!), where have you been? We’ve spent the last few weeks trying out the products and have been impressed. But while it's been exciting to order them online for the first time, there’s nothing quite like the tangible, immersive experience of their New York show room. Well, until Wednesday, the brand has set up home in Portland Place and Londoners have the chance to get the full Glossier experience.

Filled with baby pink roses, plush velvet sofas, sleek white counter tops with products neatly laid out and cheery sales staff dressed in candyfloss boiler suits, the rambling town house they've taken over has certainly been glossified. Between taking selfies in the mirrors stamped with their trademark phrases like “you look good”, we recommend you try out the creamy priming moisturiser and life-enhancing boy brow gel. Thank us later.

In case you're a little perplexed by all the Glossier commotion, here’s a quick rundown. Glossier is the skincare brand and brain-child of Into the Gloss founder Emily Weiss, and it's well and truly taken over Instagram feeds everywhere. With its sugary pink packaging, philosophy of inclusivity and a skin-first approach to make up, it's on its way to revolutionising the beauty industry. Weiss has created a girl-club we're dying to be part of and we’re keen to dab Glossier all over our faces in the process too – aren’t you?

Glossier’s London pop up is at 32 Portland Place and is open until 22 November or to shop the products online head to Glossier.com.
