The Playback Festival in association with Random Acts showcases over 300 short films from emerging visionaries and directors, 95 of which will make their worldwide premiere. These award-winning productions, presented via interactive touchscreen tablets, navigate issues of race, heritage, identity and the digital world through disciplines including comedy, dance and the spoken word.

Alongside the exhibition, The Playback Festival also invites visitors to join a myriad of inspiring and thought-provoking events – spanning from filmmaking and scriptwriting workshops to a cinematography masterclass.
