I asked our mutual friend Michael Tay to put me in touch with Talenia after reading her background and realising we had a lot in common: We both had architecture backgrounds, we were young, and we both had our own companies based in Asia, while we worked internationally.
The first time we met at Art Basel Hong Kong was very brief, but over the years our relationship has really blossomed and we've found a network with each other; we're not just business colleagues, but friends and support systems. You know business is one thing and life is another, but we seemed to share a lot in common on both sides.

We always combine work, play and travel as we're constantly on the go in Asia and Europe. I love running into her around the world at events and meeting interesting people – she's such good fun! We're also working on a female empowerment project that we shall share soon...
