Lockdown may have caused a few more podcasts to be added to your rotation; their ability to stimulate our brains, as well as our ears, is desperately needed for these long days fully inside. While your first port of call may be to go down a wellness route during this period, our suggestion of some Fashion podcasts you may not be aware of yet may make a more creative and escapist alternative.

While fashion is an art that's intended to be seen rather than heard, our selection below have been handpicked for their informative and engaging approach to giving us a fashion education. Animate your daily walk by listening to fashion icons explain their creative processes, or stimulate your brain – as well as your muscles – as you incorporate an episode about the future of fashion with your Vinyasa flow. However it be, reinvigorate your mind with these design-orientated delights.
