Looking for some major motivation? We found it recently in Vicky Tsai's story of building the Japanese-inspired beauty brand Tatcha, heard on one of our favourite podcasts "How I Built This". 

Her story of self-discovery, choosing a new career and business she had no training in, to do something she loved, her slogging away, being turned down repeatedly and not having self-belief... until over a decade later, her business selling Geisha-recommended Japanese beauty products was sold for a reported $500 million to Unilever. 



It's a tale that inspires and motivates any entrepreneur. We can't recommend it enough.
