The streets are twinkling, shop windows become a sight to see, hands clutch a bunch of shopping bags, and an air of festivity lifts the dreary winter days. That's right, it's December AKA Christmas time! We've deemed it acceptable to start playing Christmas tunes (anytime before the 1st is absurd), and have dug out the heavy duty coats from our wardrobes along with the array of winter accessories that keep us warm. Whether you're itching to get your ice skates on or just want to bask in the chilly air, read on to find a cultural pursuit this December to suit your taste.

House of Gucci Film
The highly-anticipated fashion film is finally out in theatres and although it has had a mixed reception from audiences, we think the jury is out until you've seen it yourself. Starring Lady Gaga and Adam Driver, the film directed by Ridley Scott focuses on the story of Patrizia Reggiani, the protagonist who marries into the Gucci family and as you might've guessed, drama ensues.

Fabergé in London: Romance to Revolution at the V&A
The latest exhibition at the V&A explores the legendary craftsmanship of Carl Fabergé. You've likely seen his Fabergé eggs emerge around Easter time but the jewelled eggs show just an iota of his brilliance when it comes to revolutionising the world of Russian luxury and artistry.
