Maximalist designer Mary Katrantzou is mostly known for her bold and vibrant use of colour and print. Her last fashion show was a memorable one in 2019, shown in Greece at the Temple of Poseidon, the first time anyone had shown there and all its glory was the perfect backdrop for her epic clothes. Covid was not an easy period after such a high, but with many celebrations behind her, Katrantzou now brings her eye to a second collaboration with The Rug Company.

Katrantzou’s previous studies in architecture have given her the best backbone to bring her sense of colour and patter into the home. “ A life in pattern” is her second collection with the Rug Company, known for their luscious and adventurous carpets.

With two new, imaginative designs full of movement and colours, this collection will make you want to stay inside all day long, despite the oncoming sun. Well, maybe not that extreme, but they'll definitely bring some joy inside to enjoy.
