Chanel Is The New Mentor For Andam Award
Chanel’s president Bruno Pavlovsky is the mentor of the 2015 Andam Award, which is the second largest grant (LVMH Young Fashion Designer Prize is first). The grand prize winner needs to be willing to be based and work in France, but they will win €250,000 and two years of Chanel mentorship. This year, on top of Chanel’s involvement there is an added accessories prize worth €30,000. Read more here: NY Times 

Karl Lagerfeld and TK Maxx For Comic Relief
Karl Lagerfeld, Anya Hindmarch, Diane Von Furstenberg, Henry Holland and Matthew Williamson have all created limited edition T-shirts in collaboration with Comic Relief and TK Maxx. On top of the established designers who've created the shirts, the likes of Andy Murray, David Gandy, Simon Pegg, Lily Allen and other famous faces modelled them. The T-shirts are sold at TK Maxx in support of Red Nose Day on March 13. Read more: INDEPENDENT

Red Carpet: Grammy Awards
The Grammy Awards red carpet photos stole the show (sorry, BAFTA’s). Rhianna’s enourmous pink Giamattista Valli cleared paths, Beyonce’s floor-length Proenza Schouler sequins caught lights, and Kim Kardashian revealed nearly all in her golden bathrobe. American Apparel Covers Up For Their New CEO
The new CEO of American Apparel, Paula Schneider, is set on reigning in the nudity, in comparison to expelled founder Dov Charney’s “bare” all approach. The new marketing plans will mean showing less skin in hopes to expand brand’s appeal, while of course, still remaining provocative and edgy. Read more: BoF
