Last year, J.Crew launched Save the Bees at its Sloane Square store, with a vertical garden covered in blossoms that attract bees and encourage pollination, aiming to raise awareness about the importance of our fuzzy friends’ role in protecting our ecosystem. Next month, it is continuing the good work in a collaboration with Donald Robertson. Head of creative development at Bobbi Brown and one of the co-founders of MAC Cosmetics, Robertson is also an Instagram sensation, sharing his playful drawings under the pseudonym Donald Drawbertson. For J.Crew, he’s created three illustrations of bees for limited-edition T-shirts, with the proceeds going to the conservation charity Buglife.
