November is a funny old month, teetering so close to December's Christmas fuelled activities that it can be hard to focus on the swamp of impending deadlines that are racking up. We think that one of the best ways to combat this is to purchase a few new workwear pieces to reinvigorate your spirit at the office and get you through the last leg of the year.

A new blazer, then, is a must and plaid blazers have been a trend and a half this season, though, we think one with longevity. Now is still a great moment to invest in one and Isabel Marant's tweed version is the best of the bunch, pair it with Altuzarra's cropped flare pants. To amp up the glamour, accessorise with a suede chain shoulder bag from our new favourite French brand Jaquemus – a red polish (we'd go with Tom Ford's) compliments this perfectly.

Though, the page that struck us the most humorously pictures Teisbaek drowning in handbags and reads alongside "where did all my money go? I know I made some" - isn't that apt?
