Christmas may be fast approaching – but it's never too late to add a few more suggestions to that ever-growing wish list of yours... AmIRight?!  Jumping on board, here's what #TeamBecause are hoping to find under their trees (plus an idea or two, just for you)...

Caroline Issa, Editor-in-Chief
Women for Women Lipsticks by Kjaer Weis x Caroline Issa
... For those who want to paint the town red this holiday season – while in red! With 25% of sales going to Women for Women International, a charity that supports female survivors of war and conflict to rebuild their lives, both Sucré and Amour Rouge lipsticks are no-brainer gifts. Shop them for a friend (and for yourself).

Glitter socks by Raey
I'll bet that everyone's sock drawer needs a refresher – and this glittery pair by Raey are perfect for all-occasion footwear. Team with a cocktail heel, a day sandal, or peeking out of a bootie. They're a triple threat!

Nina Fedora by Saint Laurent
When so much is trackable and on display through social media, why not move around elegantly throughout town with a bit of discretion? Give (and receive) the gift of anonymity this year, with this chic and oversized hat care of Saint Laurent.

Abigail Gurney-Read, Managing Editor
Bead-embellished straight-leg jeans by Germanier
When Swiss designer and Central Saint Martins graduate, Kevin Germanier, first moved to London, he had to upcycle his bedsheets to create the toiles for his course collections. Fast forward to 2018, and the designer is continuing to make waves for that very same reason – utilising otherwise discarded or ‘worthless’ materials to create and innovate, simultaneously.

These Germanier jeans epitomise his brand’s unique philosophy; ethically crafted in Paris from recycled denim and hand-finished with a rainbow riot of upcycled beading, they’re the pack-a-punch proof that sustainable style needn’t be a cliché.

Ursula hair clips by Valet
“Fake it ‘til you make it!” goes the adage... And, given the absence of paradise beach holidays in my calendar for the foreseeable future, that’s precisely what I’m doing with these delicate little shell clips from Valet.

Resin is a material I’m noticing used more and more in the world of jewellery, but it’s interesting to see this Sydney-based brand’s treatment of it elsewhere in the form of a whimsical, vintage-esque hair accessory. (Plus, anything that makes my just-woken-up bonce appear even vaguely more kempt gets my vote!)

Geometric Soap Set by Seem Soap
Scrub-a-dub-dub, get me to my tub... For me, a long and leeeeeeeiiiiiiisurely bath is a true, unapologetic indulgence – and it should be treated as such! Mathilde Lehmann and Valentine Sée’s Seem Soap is one of those rare finds that’s actually as good as it looks (which, frankly, is pretty spectacular).

Ornamental rocks of the finest handmade soap, moulded in Paris using natural, environmentally friendly ingredients and housed in recyclable packaging, will be the jewel in the crown of any bathroom – and, hopefully, my Christmas stocking!

Josephine Platt, Junior Fashion Writer
Contrast-trimmed shearling jacket by Prada
Style envy is a thing – and seeing others head-to-toe in AW18 Prada brings out my green-eyed monster in full force.

Choosing just the one piece is like choosing a favourite child – the impossible task – but considering I'm practically living in my outerwear at the moment, this orange and white shearling jacket (that’s reduced to a cool £2,735) is where my heart lies… C’mon, I’m not asking for much!

Crocodile-effect ankle boots by Ganni
Seldom do I slip into boots – choosing instead to favour peak comfort with my extensive trainer collection. However, that’s not to say that I don’t have my eyes on some chic iterations.

Stockholm-based Ganni has made the Western trend one of its signature tropes this season – and these white, crocodile-effect leather ankle boots speak to me on so many levels.

Drop It Like It’s Hot earring by WALD Berlin
Earrings are the only real uniform that I stay true to: Day in, day out.

I’ve always leaned towards silver styles, building on a strong collection that I know work well together – but, newbie on the jewellery scene WALD Berlin may have just disrupted it completely. Its gold-plated silver shell and pearl earring is far too good to ignore...
