What? Danse Lente’s ‘Zoe’ bag in SS19’s marshmallow and toffee colourway.

Why? Because, quite simply, it’s delicious. Its palette sounds good enough to eat – and it wears that way too.

Dinky, dynamic and detail-orientated, Danse Lente’s Zoe bag has long been amongst our favourite sculptural silhouettes from the London brand’s offering. And in Spring/Summer 2019’s updated ‘marshmallow’-meets-‘toffee’ recipe, we love it all the more.

Pinching creative cues from art and architecture – as is always the case for the helm of the brand, Korean-born Youngwon Kim (who back in June of 2018 enthused that: “A London gallery will always reawaken my soul and make me feel alive”) – the bag arrives with nifty adjustable straps and studded features, so you can play with and shape-shift the design as you please. Carry it on your wrist, your shoulder or however you fancy! Because, ultimately, you wear the bag – not the other way around…

Should you wish to explore more Danse Lente styles (simultaneously, doing good elsewhere), the brand is following-up the success of its Rehome Project pop-up with another philanthropic sale, this time in aid of Breast Cancer UK. Selling samples and styles with minor imperfections, of which 15% of gross sales will go to the charity, Danse Lente is yet again proving the positive impact that fashion can have.

The Danse Lente Sample Sale in support of Breast Cancer UK will run from 22-24 March, 2019 at Protein Studios, 31 New Inn Yard, EC2A 3EY.
