Trying to maintain a schedule and stay productive. I’m limiting how much news I read and listen to everyday because after a point it just makes me very anxious, which is not helpful.
My workspace must include the following in order for me to feel calm, creative and productive:
Plants to feel calm, creative and productive. I also have to make a list so I don't feel too overwhelmed by everything, and it helps to break things down to more “do-able” pieces. I’m also re-discovering my love for Indian classical music while I work- its very calming. I’ve cut down on coffee and replaced it with herbal tea.

This crisis will hopefully lead to a better and more mindful restructuring of our lives, the way we work, and the way we consume.
