The right coalition of creative figureheads can spark an instant frenzy of fans – think: Manu Atelier and Rotate or Saint Laurent and Havaianas, which is exactly what happened when Cecilie Bahnsen and Hereu came together to create their first capsule shoe collection, mainly consisting of up-cycled ballet flats.

Now, over six months later, the Europe-based designers have done it again. José Luis Bartolomé and Albert Escribano of Hereu have joined forces with designer Cecilie Bahnsen to create the ultimate loafer, just in time for your autumn wardrobe refresh. Hand-crafted by master Spanish cobblers from smooth leather, these moccasin-esque sling-backs are the perfect combination of HEREU’s signature look and Bahnsen’s soft palette, with options of dove grey, blossom pink and white.
