SOFRA teams up with Laetitia Rouget

Founded just last year, in 2024, by Dana Khater, SOFRA curates the best tableware artisans and makers from all around the world, bringing them directly to your dinner table. By offering a range of crockery, gift edits and even personalised hosting advice, SOFRA is a brand built on the art of gathering. Now, they are gearing up for something new, just in time for the holiday season.

Teaming up with French artist Laetitia Rouget, known for her playful work in ceramics, glassware and print, SOFRA introduces an exclusive collection. Coming in the form of two plates, with each individual order being hand-painted, there are no two works exactly the same. The items work together to celebrate the Mediterranean’s most essential ingredients with wit and charm. Entitled the Olive Oil plate and the Zaatar plate, they are an ideal addition to any kitchen set for serving bread and olive oil, or as a bold table top statement.

SOFRA knows that the best table in town is the one filled with stories and laughter, not a long waitlist. So with its very first endeavor into their own dinnerware, it was essential the cutlery curators showcased that when hosting is done well its all about the craft and connection.
