Where… If it’s not on my terrace on the 20th floor in Marylebone, my favourite spot in London for the sun is a short walk away to Regent’s Park.

Why… I love hanging out by the border of London Zoo so I can watch the giraffes! Also, I love seeing everyone with their dogs since my Weimaraners are back in Florence.

Because… The best sandals for the London sun, for me, are our classic Core Alberto – and my new favourite for women is the Aroa in Nappa, because the style is super soft for walking around town!

Channeling his penchant for sandals, 2013 saw Álvaro launch his eponymous namesake line for men and women – founded on exquisite taste, construction, and specially developed materials, like vegetable-tanned craft, alligator, ostrich and stingray, from Italian tanneries and artisanal workshops in Florence.
