From one of the most instagrammable food spots in London, to... well, essentially the same place! Except from a pink marshmellow of a room with David Shrigley art comes now a yellowy-sunshine room by India Mahdavi replete with 14 new site-specific artworks by British-Nigerian artist Yinka Shonibare CBE RA. Already in its 20th year, sketch has been both a local and tourist favourite from the genius restauranteur mind that is Mourad Mazouz, most notably for its egg-shaped toilets and incredible spaces, as much as for its delicious food and atmosphere.

Shonibare continues sketch’s long standing and influential programme of artist restaurant collaborations that includes Turner Prize winner Martin Creed. With each re-imagining comes a new narrative, and this latest turns
sketch into a powerful celebration of African culture and its legacy. Titled ‘Modern Magic’, the installation will feature four hand-painted masks carved from wood and 10 framed quilts that replicate African masks found in Pablo Picasso’s collection.

Whether you go for the art, the interiors or just the food and cake, there's plenty to see, take in and enjoy. Sunshine included.
