In a predictable change in the weather, early April evening on central London’s Conduit Street was grey and blustery. Siedrés' sun-soaked pop-up was a welcome refuge from the drizzle, and people were piling in to get a glimpse of the indie Turkish brand’s latest kaleidoscopic collections.

Rich in nostalgic hues of tangerine, ochre, brown and avocado green, the rails awakened our lust for their 1960s inspired collection and brought powerful prints to the forefront, perfect for making a statement as we shed layers and lean into the warmer months. From silk slip dresses fit with billowing ruffles and cascading beads, to separates and minidresses in technicolour checkerboard and candy stripes, striking pieces from all of the brand’s collections are set against a backdrop of sunset tones.

The it-girl-approved resort wear brand has captured imaginations with its playful graphics, unique textures, and bold colour palette, founded by a husband and wife duo, Ceylin Türkkan Bilge and Emir Bilge back in 2019. Weathering the pandemic shutdown (and let’s face it, little need for clothes that travel well), Siedrés has run with a gauntlet towards resort-sensibility clothes, using the Mediterranean hotspots to serve as the ideal backdrop for their pieces. The couple journey across continents to garner inspiration, creating looks that activate our wanderlust.

The new pop-up marks the brand's first retail venture in the UK, bringing its bold style and travelled-fuelled ethos to a new audience; allowing customers to delve into the sunny world of Siedrés. So, head down to the new pop-up shop and see for yourself what the brand has to offer your travelling wardrobe.

The pop-up will be open on 4 Conduit Street, W1S 2XE until June but you can also shop the collections online at siedres.com...
