We needn’t need anymore reasons as to why we should be investing in homeware. Months spent inside getting too closely acquainted with our living spaces has seen many get itchy feet for new home decor, and when pieces are classed as part-homeware, part-art – aka. Two products for the price of one – why shouldn’t we?
To add to the ever-lengthening wishlist of home-enhancing goodies, is the latest collaboration between Evermore London candles and East London ceramicist, Kana. Both pioneers within their crafts, Sarah Bell and Ana Kerin came together to conjoin their skills into a product that can be loved for years to come, creating two ceramic candles named Flore and Light. Perfectly suited for an outdoor dinner date as well as on your coffee table, these uplifting smells are synonymous with the scent of summer. Light, housed in an adorable gingham printed bowl, projects citrus notes of bergamot, grapefruit and petitgrain, whereas Flore exudes lilac blossom when lit, in matching with the purple shade of its ceramic exterior. Once the candle has been used, your ceramic creation can be used in the next stage of its life as a serving bowl!
A multi-purpose product has always been a simple pleasure of ours, and as this candle provides the aroma as well as crockery for future dinners to be had, we couldn’t be happier.
